OR "Hi, my name is Cjad," stammered the young man. <br />I have read on a few writing 'help' sites that some editors will toss anything that isn't a 'said' derivative. <br /><br />Looking at several novels and other published materials, it seems perfectly acceptable to use anything (that flows) and variety is the spice of life. <br /><br />How do you write dialog? urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:cjad:2471 2006-07-26T04:25:26Z 2006-07-26T23:46:04Z I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for stopping by my journal.
